Acceptance

By using the Perceptivity Labs website or products, you agree to these terms. If you are using them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Product status

AEO and Studio are evolving products provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and outputs are analytical decision support — not guarantees of how any AI engine will behave or how a brand will perform.

Use of the products

• Use the products only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the services.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share with us.

Your content and brand data

You retain ownership of the briefs, brand information, and materials you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the analyses and creative outputs you request. We may use aggregated, de-identified insights to improve our products.

Our intellectual property

The products, website, design system, and underlying technology — including the perception engine, brand graph, and reports — are owned by Perceptivity Labs. These terms grant you a limited right to use them, not any ownership of them.

Outputs and judgement

Reports, scores, and generated assets are decision-support tools. You are responsible for reviewing them and for any action you take, including anything you publish. Nothing the products produce is professional, legal, or financial advice.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perceptivity Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the products develop. The current version always lives at this URL with its effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
