Security & data
Built to survive procurement.
A measurement company's site should itself survive measurement. Here is how the platform is built today — and what's on the roadmap, labelled as roadmap. For the full detail, request the security pack.
01/How it's built
Four things that are true today.
Tenancy & isolation
Each customer's data lives behind row-level security scoped to their tenant, enforced by a dedicated least-privilege application role — not a shared owner that bypasses it.
The human gate as a control
Nothing enters Axon lights-out and nothing publishes from Studio without a named approver. The gate isn't just governance — it's a security control with an audit trail.
No training on client data
We don't train models on your data. Client content is used to run and report your engagements, not to improve a shared model.
DPDP orientation
Perceptivity AI Lab Private Limited is incorporated in India and operates with India's DPDP framework as its orientation, including data-deletion on request.
02/On the roadmap
Named, not implied.
We won't claim a certification we don't hold. These are in progress and described as such.
SOC 2
Roadmap. The controls are being built toward it; the report is not yet issued.
Formal DPA & subprocessor list
Available in the security pack; being formalised as standard artifacts.
Request the security pack.
The pack covers tenancy, data flow, our data-handling policy, and the roadmap items above in detail — for you to forward to security and legal.
